Terms of use
By using clarchy.com you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is free and there is nothing to install.

What Clarchy gives you
Clarchy produces suggested architectures, diagrams, cost estimates and policy checklists from the information you give it. They are a starting point for design work and review, not a finished design.
Estimates are not quotes
Costs are estimated from public list prices and the sizing shown with each estimate. Your actual bill depends on your usage, region, discounts and the provider's current prices. Check with the provider's pricing calculator before you commit.
Policy checks are not legal advice
The policies view is a design checklist that points to the source texts. It does not tell you whether you comply with any law or standard. For that, ask a qualified professional.
Your responsibility
You decide what to build and deploy. Review any design for security, reliability, cost and compliance before you use it.
Your content
You keep all rights to the briefs and documents you use with Clarchy. Briefs planned in your browser are not sent to Clarchy.
Acceptable use
Don't try to disrupt or overload the site, or use it to break the law.
Names and trademarks
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and other product names belong to their owners. Diagrams use AWS's, Microsoft's and Google's architecture icons and open-source projects' own logos, under each owner's terms for them. Clarchy is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any cloud provider.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, Clarchy is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or of the designs and estimates it produces.
